Getting a ticket wasn't always straightforward.

Students sometimes had to visit a booking office, ask someone else to arrange a ticket or wait for confirmation.

I heard these problems directly from students, including women who faced extra difficulties arranging travel.

I spoke with people, collected responses through Google Forms and designed a booking experience with routes, seat selection and digital tickets.

I was learning design as I worked on it.

The first screens were made in Canva. Later, I moved to Figma and Adobe XD.

I developed and tested the prototype with friends and people who took part in the research.

But I couldn't get the transport operators to agree to move forward.

So MakranTicketz never launched commercially.
